  • dry mustard

  • egg (beaten)

  • ham loaf mix (ground pork/ground ham mix)
    2 lbs
  • ketchup
    1/2 c
  • milk
    1/2 c
  • vinegar
    6 tbsp
  • water
    1/2 c

    Combine ham loaf mix (ground pork/ground ham mix) , egg (beaten) , milk , and cracker crumbs .

    Form into rolls.

    Place on pan.

    Combine ketchup , water , brown sugar , vinegar , and dry mustard .
    ketchup: 1/2 c, water: 1/2 c, brown sugar: 1 c, vinegar: 6 tbsp, dry mustard: 1/2 tsp

    Cover the rolls in the sauce.

    Bake at 350 for ⏱️ 45 minutes to ⏱️ 1 hour .

    Baste with sauce once or twice.

    Mix together.

    Form into rolls and place in pan.
